Children's Dental Clinic
More than 200 volunteer dentists and hygienists from around the Midlands generously give their time at our clinic. For over 50 years, they have served the children of this community.
Children's Dental Clinic

The Children’s Dental Program provides a dental home for eligible school-age children between 5 and 18 years of age. Through our partnership with Midland's School District school nurses, we work together to bring awareness of our services to parents of eligible children in our community.

On average, we treat more than 1,500 uninsured students annually at WellPartners Children's Dental clinic. The Children's Dental Clinic has two Certified Dental Assistants working in each of our two clinics. Each clinic sees children four mornings per week during the school year to provide comprehensive dental care in partnership with community volunteers treating in our clinics and specialists within their own practices. For six weeks during the summer months, the Children’s Dental clinic provides preventive services in partnership with volunteers from Midlands Technical College.
Adult Dental Clinic

Our Richland County clinic has a full-time dentist, Tamara Stockton, DDS, MAGD. She is a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington, D.C.
Our Lexington County location has a part-time dentist, Kimberly Bensonhaver, DDS. She is a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University. The clinic is also staffed with full-time certified dental assistants and registered dental hygienists with multiple years of experience.
Services are supported by volunteers from Palmetto Health Department of Dental Education and Midlands Technical College Allied Health Department of Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene.
Adult Eye Care Clinic
The WellPartners Eye Clinic is staffed by a part-time optometrist and volunteer optometrists who provide professional eye care to patients.

Our Richland County clinic has a part-time optometrist, Melissa L. Binder, OD is a Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.
